Conservatory 2015 Holiday Events Schedule

Saturday December 5 | 10 am – 12 pm**

Our popular wreath making workshop returns this year! Join instructor Patty Ward  as you learn to weave fresh greenery to form a wreath base,. Add personal touches from home to make up your unique holiday style.

We will provide: A variety of seasonal greens, wreath-backs, ribbon and wire.

You will need: Please bring your own gloves and pruners. Also, remember to bring any special items from home that you would like to include to personalize your wreath!

Santa will be visiting Volunteer Park Conservatory and drawing personalized cartoons for good girls and boys. Bring your camera and capture the magic!

$5 suggested donation

Kids of all ages come from far and wide each year to see the Volunteer Park Express chugging though the Seasonal House.

Stop by to see the magic in the Seasonal House starting December 5th.

  • 600 luminaries line the main concourse stretching from Galer to Prospect entrances
  • Music by VocalSounds Northwest, Seatown Sound, Sing Noël, Columbia City Community Chorus, and The Beaconnettes
  • Hot cocoa provided by Tully’s
  • Cookies provided by TBD
  • Conservatory and Seattle Asian Art Museum will be open with more Holiday cheer! (The main concourse is closed to traffic while the lower road is open to accommodate traffic flow.)
