FREE Mindfulness in the Park

Dress for the weather and enjoy the opportunity to learn mindfulness techniques in Volunteer Park. Reserve time each month to slow down and connect with nature, community, and yourself.

Free and open to the public. No registration required - we meet outside the Conservatory entrance at 10:00 am and then move mindfully through the park. All are welcome! Come as you are.

About the Teacher: Beth Coyote

Beth Coyote is a queer midwife who has been in practice for nearly 50 years. During the pandemic, Beth found themselves drawn to ways to relieve stress with offerings of meditation and practicing eco-chaplaincy, a Buddhist study of developing compassionate and supportive relationships within the natural world. Join Beth in practicing mindfulness techniques and experiencing the calming and healing effects of the Volunteer Park tree canopy.
