Earth Day 2023 - Join in!

To celebrate Earth Day this year, FOC encourages you to join us in the Park for the Spring Restoration Day with Volunteer Park Trust - Saturday, 4/29 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.

This annual work party is a major community effort to make Volunteer Park more beautiful for everyone. 

Another way to honor Earth Day is to consider the presence of environmental racism and how we are intertwined in this experience. How can we make real difference for the lives of all our Seattle neighbors?

There are many volunteer opportunities to explore throughout the region this month. Earth Day is on April 22nd, but every day is a good day to connect with your community and give back to our parks and public spaces.
